Kermites

Our purpose and objective is to establish and maintain a club dedicated to Kermit de Frog; our goal is to build Kermit monuments throughout the server, operate Kermit-themed events, and collect Frogs for breeding and further spreading and release across the server in honour of Kermit.

Bylaws

Membership

• To join the Kermites, a prospective member must present their favourite Frog type to Valphon in-game. 

• Once a Kermite, always a Kermite. All members are considered to be life members. 

• Members who do not follow our Club rules will not be removed, instead they will be considered Derpites. 

Meetings

• Our members are asked to meet on a monthly basis, near spawn by the shadow of a Birch tree on the night of a Full Moon. 

Elections

• At the final meeting of the year, all club roles are vacated and members must unanimously agree on who should receive appointment to the respective club roles for the following calendar year. 

• The meeting and election proceedings shall not end until all positions are filled. 

• Where a decision cannot be made by members unanimously, interested parties must compete in a leap frog contest, the winner will be appointed to the respective role.

Amendments 

• Any change to our charter or bylaws will be discussed with members during meetings

• The charter and bylaws may be updated only if members come to unanimous agreement of the changes submitted

• Make fun-of, respectfully, the Derpmites for their sillynesss 

• Keep tabs on tadpole numbers in water bodies across the world

Finances

The club will make revenue through the sale of Frog Spawn and Breeding services. Members are each required to sell a quota each month and the profits will be direct toward the club. 

• As the finances are not specifically included in the Bylaws, these may change based on club operational requirements

Expenditures will be made toward the activities listed below.

• frog procurement and conservation

• purchase of building materials and land claiming

• rental, lease, or purchase of services inline with club objectives

Activities

Including but not limited to:

• we will host Frog-esque events (e.g. weekly leap-frog tourney)

• team building and literal building

• trading frog species (establishing trade routes and Frog'e'Marts)

• setting up massive base in a swamp, and building embassies 

• fulfilling Frog-prophercy (the Froghercy)

Branding

• Green, everything must be green, or the same colour as frogs (green, orange, white)

• A suitable collection of Banners should be made available to the community

• Members should own and wear relevant club uniforms, and (sustainably sourced) frog-style skins

Recruitment

• Create posters or flyers to attract members.

• Host new-member club introductions

• Facilitate Kermite initiation and training procedures
